1. Who we are

Himalayan Cat Caves ("we", "us", "our") operates this site. You can reach us any time at [email protected].

2. Our products

All Himalayan Cat Caves products are hand-felted from natural wool in Nepal. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in colour, shape, size and texture are normal and are not grounds for return. Product photographs are representative; on-screen colours may vary slightly with your display.

3. Pricing & currency

Prices are shown in US dollars unless your local currency is displayed at checkout. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice. We make every effort to price accurately, but if a genuine pricing or typographic error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after an order is confirmed; in that case we will notify you and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms. A contract forms only when we dispatch your order or send a dispatch confirmation.

5. Shipping, title & risk

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may vary at peak times. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please see our Shipping page for processing times, thresholds and rates by country.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Every wool cat cave is covered by our 30-day cat-acceptance guarantee — your cat may gently try the cave, and if they don't take to it within 30 days, you can contact us for a return or exchange, provided the cave is clean and free from damage. 7. Pet safety

Himalayan Cat Caves products are made from natural wool and are intended for resting and light, supervised play. They are not indestructible and are not chew toys. Always supervise pets, especially enthusiastic chewers and kittens, and remove any item that becomes damaged or develops loose parts. If your pet habitually eats fabric, consult your veterinarian before use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, illness or damage arising from misuse, lack of supervision, or use contrary to these guidelines.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos and copy — is owned by or licensed to Himalayan Cat Caves and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, or to introduce malicious code. We may suspend access for any breach.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid for them, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Privacy

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
