Fulfilment & duties
We hold stock in Coos Bay, Oregon (USA), Melbourne (Australia) and Kathmandu (Nepal), and ship from the nearest hub that has your item in stock — so most customers pay no import duties or tariffs. For any item shipped direct from our Nepal workshop, we cover duties in advance, so there are no surprise customs fees at your door.
