Are the products handmade?
Yes. Every Himalayan Cat Caves piece is hand-felted in Nepal from 100% New Zealand wool. Small variations in shape, texture and tone are part of the craft.
Where will my order ship from?
Most orders are packed in Kathmandu, Nepal, and leave within 2–3 business days. Tracked delivery then usually takes about 6 business days. If your design is in local stock in the US, Australia or Europe, we send it from there instead. Either way you get a tracking link by email.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship to the US, Australia and internationally. Shipping is free once your order passes your country's threshold (US $99, Australia A$139, UK £70, Euro zone €85); below that a flat rate applies. All amounts are on our shipping page, and your exact cost is shown at checkout.
Will I pay import duties?
No. We pay the import duties and taxes on your order, so there is nothing extra to pay when it arrives.
Are the cat toys safe?
Our toys are made from pure wool with no plastic. As with any pet toy, supervise your pet during play and remove if damaged.

How do I care for my felt cave or toy?
Spot clean with mild soap and water. Air dry naturally. Do not machine wash. A quick vacuum lifts loose hair, and the wool can be gently reshaped by hand.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?
Every piece is handmade, so small variations in shape, texture and tone are normal — and make each one unique.
