How long does shipping take and what does it cost?

We ship worldwide, fulfilling most orders locally from our Oregon, Melbourne or Kathmandu hubs. Shipping is free once your order passes your country's free-shipping threshold (for example A$139 in Australia or $99 in the US); a flat standard rate applies below that. Standard delivery is typically 5–8 business days, with express (3–5 business days) available at checkout. Your exact cost and delivery estimate are shown in your local currency at checkout.

What if my cat doesn't use the cave?

Every cave is backed by our 30-Day Cat Acceptance Guarantee. Let your cat gently try the cave at home. If your cat does not take to it within 30 days of delivery, contact us to arrange a return or exchange. The cave may have been gently tried but must be clean and free from damage, chewing, excessive scratching, staining, soiling or strong odours. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How do I clean a wool felt cat cave?
